Thursday Morning… Part 1 – Goodbye
This morning was very odd, daddy got up at quarter past four and mummy was up about five minutes later.. yes, you read that right.. she was up by 4.20am!! It was still almost dark outside, but I figured I ought to get up as well to see what was going on.
Just after 5 o’clock we were ready to go out in the car.. so I hopped up into my crate, daddy put a big bag in the car… and off we went! We arrived at just after half past five.
It will be 5.34 and 25 seconds
That’s daddy’s train in the picture but we were early so went to buy his ticket.

Then he bought his paper and a cup of tea before we walked down the platform to the front end of the train
Oooh that's where the driver sits!!
The driver was busy having a cup of tea as well, but it was nearly time to go so he got in the train.

Daddy said goodbye to me and mummy and then he got on the train too.. and waved at us through the window.
Bye bye daddy...
And then the train started moving off.. and I watched as it took daddy away from me.

Gone. We walked back to the car and drove home.. along past Holes Bay..

Looks like it’s going to be a nice day doesn’t it… or are those clouds I see in the distance…
I hope your Daddy has a good day. Looks like he is heading into London or somewhere like that. He’ll be home again and really pleased to see you.

Hi Emmy, thanks for stopping by.. yes he’s gone to London for a meeting and then he’s off sailing in a boat for a few days. If the sun shines I’ll get mum to take me out in the little car.. take my mind off missing him!! Teagan x x
